Welcome! This site is all about hula hooping fun, mostly in Columbia, Md., and Howard County, plus a bit of a stretch into the Baltimore-Washington hoop scene. I love to hula hoop and to hoop dance, which is an amazingly fun combination of exercise, personal expression and playfulness.
